Do I need to pay when I sign up?
No. Create a free host account with 5 events a month, up to 20 questions per quiz and 100 teams per event. You can build and preview your quiz before deciding on paid hosting. Players join without an account or app.
Does unlimited hosting include unlimited AI generation?
Pro includes unlimited events and questions per quiz. AI generation has a separate usage allowance, and team capacity and media limits still apply. You can write your own questions and reuse rounds from the library.
How does the grace period work?
Once you publish an event, its hosting window runs for 48 hours to 7 days after the scheduled start time, depending on your plan. Publishing early will not make it expire before quiz night. If a paid event credit was used, cancelling before the first run returns that credit to your Quizora balance.
When are credits consumed?
Paid event credits are consumed when you create an event, not when you start it. Cancelling before the first run returns the event credit to your Quizora balance.
Can I change my plan anytime?
You can upgrade through secure checkout. Existing Pro subscriptions can be managed from the Billing page; cancellations and billing changes follow Stripe's billing flow and our Terms of Service.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Check your usage in the dashboard. When you reach the Free plan's event or question limits, you can purchase paid event credits or choose Pro from Billing. Choose a plan with enough team capacity before inviting your audience.
