How does the grace period work?
Once you publish an event, you have a grace period to start it (24h-7d depending on your plan). You can cancel before starting for a full refund. This prevents abuse while giving you flexibility.
When are credits consumed?
Credits are only consumed when you publish an event, not when you start it. This means you only pay for events you're actually committed to running.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges or refunds accordingly.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you exceed your monthly event limit, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional events at the pay-per-event rate. We'll notify you before you hit your limit.
