Quizora is provided by Richard Moore, operating as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Quizora. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Quizora provides a SaaS platform for quiz creation, participation, and AI-powered content generation.
We use New Relic Browser to monitor application performance, page load times, and errors. This helps us improve reliability and fix issues. Related data collection is described in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
4. Payments and Subscriptions

- You may cancel at any time; no refunds will be provided for partial months

Important Notice
Quizora uses AI tools (OpenAI) to generate quiz content. We take best-effort measures to prevent harmful or offensive content, but we cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness. You acknowledge and accept this risk when using the service.
6. User Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for all content you upload to Quizora (including quiz questions, images, audio, video, and branding such as logos).
You retain ownership of your content. You give Quizora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, resize, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to present or stream the quizzes you choose to run. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups and records we must keep for security, disputes or legal compliance.
Each time you upload content, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions and licences needed for the way you plan to use it. You must also have a lawful basis to upload images or recordings of identifiable people and must respect privacy, publicity, moral and intellectual-property rights. Material found through a search engine is not automatically free to use.
You are responsible for any onward broadcast to TikTok, YouTube or another platform, including that platform's rules, music licences, advertising disclosures and permissions from participants or people shown. Quizora may block, quarantine or remove content, suspend access, preserve relevant audit evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe content is unsafe, unlawful or infringing.
7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Use Quizora for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or misuse our systems
- Create or share harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content
- Upload intimate imagery, unsafe content involving children, or realistic depictions of identifiable people without appropriate permission
- Use raffle weighting, exclusions, redraws, or scoring controls deceptively or contrary to applicable promotion rules
8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Quizora and Richard Moore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability for any claim arising out of your use of Quizora is strictly limited to the greater of (a) £1 or (b) the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the month in which the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quizora and Richard Moore against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service.

We may suspend, lock, or permanently ban your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the service (including but not limited to uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content, or misusing our systems). We may take these steps without prior notice where we reasonably consider it necessary. You may close your account at any time.
12. Governing Law
Legal jurisdiction and applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
