How do I create my first quiz?
Creating your first quiz is easy! Sign up for a free account, click 'Create New Event', choose your quiz type, and use our AI to generate questions or add your own. You can then publish and share your quiz with participants.
Can I add images, audio or video to questions?
Yes, on paid plans (Pay as you go or Pro). When editing a round, expand a question and use the "Media" section to upload an image, audio clip, or video (max 4MB per file). The media is shown with the question on the presenter and player screens. Free plans can upgrade from the pricing page to unlock this feature.
Can I add my logo to the waiting screen?
Yes, on paid plans. Open your event from the dashboard, then in the sidebar use "Waiting screen logo" to upload a logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG, max 2MB). It appears on the "Waiting to start" presenter view. Free plans can upgrade to use custom branding.
Why is my account disabled?
Accounts may be locked or banned if they breach our Terms of Service (for example, inappropriate content or misuse of the system). If you believe this is an error, please contact support. Our Terms explain user responsibility for uploaded content and our right to suspend or ban accounts.
Can I customize the appearance of my quiz?
Yes! With our Pro plan, you can choose from multiple professional themes and layouts to create polished quiz experiences. Paid plans also support custom branding (e.g. your logo on the waiting screen) and media on questions.
How many participants can join a quiz?
There's no limit to the number of participants who can join your quiz. Teams can join via QR code or direct link, and you can manage them all from your dashboard.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security measures including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and regular security audits. Your data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Can I export quiz results?
Yes. From the Analytics page (in your dashboard) you can export a CSV summary of your quiz events, including event name, date, status, quiz type, participant count, and average score. This is available to all users. Export in other formats (e.g. Excel, PDF) or per-event detailed participant results may be added in future.
